1. How tall is the tree?

Pick the closest size. If you're unsure, round up — accuracy matters (see the accuracy warrant in the T&Cs).

2. Where is the tree?

Backyard jobs take more time to clean up. We factor that into your price automatically.

3. Can a mini skid-steer loader reach the tree?

A mini skid-steer ("Dingo") is about 1m wide. If we can drive one up to the tree, clean-up is fast. Hand-carry access takes longer — we factor that in.

4. What does the tree overhang or sit near?

Tick every overhang or nearby structure. Be honest — anything missed becomes a variation charged on the day.

5. Upload photos

Photos are how we plan the job safely. We resize them on your phone, so even big shots upload fast. Tap the buttons to use your camera or pick from your gallery.

Stand back so the whole tree is in frame. One photo is fine; multiple angles are better.

Show the path from the street to the tree — gates, side passages, anything narrow or steep. Helps us plan our truck and equipment.
